Refund policy
- Cancellation:
- 1. Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
- 2. For any changes required in design please contact us on our WhatsApp number within 2-3 hours of placing the order.
- 3. Our team will review the same and get back to you within 24-36 working hours. Changes requested after this timeline will be chargeable.
- Refunds:
- 1. We would be happy to refund for any product that is broken/ damaged in transit or if the product doesn’t include something you’ve ordered.
- 2. Bouquet wrapping will not be refunded for because it can be crumpled a little bit even after wrapping with bubble wrap and not being handled safely in transit.
- 3. For any refunds an unboxing videos needs to be recorded and sent to our WhatsApp number within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
- 4. The product needs to be dispatched to us within 48 hours of our team reviewing the complaint. Shipping charges for damaged goods will be borne by us.
- Exchange:
- 1. We do not provide exchange or returns for any products.
- If you have received a damaged product please reach out to us on our WhatsApp number 9099361338 within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
